Chicken kebab


  • Minced chicken 1 kg (half chicken breast and half chicken leg)
  • Onions 2 grated
  • Garlic 2 cloves finely chopped
  • Eggs 2
  • Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt-pepper
  • Ginger 1/2 teaspoon
  • Toasted bread grated 1 cup
  • Olive oil 1 small cup


Put the minced chicken in a bowl.Grate the onion and chop the garlic finely.Add them and the remaining ingredients to the minced chicken and knead until the ingredients combine.Cover it with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours at least and let the flavors mingle.Shape in oblong kebabs,brush them with a little olive oil and roast or grill them.Optionally serve with pita breads and salad.
