Ingredients
- Chicken breast 1 1/2 big
- Olive oil 1/2 cup
- Onions 3 big
- Lemons 2 the juice
- Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Chicken stock cube 1
- Curry 1 teaspoon
- Salt - pepper
Instructions
Wash and cut the chicken into small bites.Chop the onions into stripes.Add the olive oil to a pan and saute slightly the onions.Then add the chicken and saute until it turns white on each side.Let it slightly brown.In a bowl add the lemon juice,dissolve the chicken stock cube and the mustard.Pour the mixture over the chicken,add the curry,season with salt and pepper and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes (optionally use a pressure cooker and simmer for 15 minutes).If necessary add one more small cup of water.
