Ingredients
- Self-rising flour 500 gr
- Eggs 4
- Butter 250 gr (at room temperature)
- Sugar 400 gr
- Vanilla powder 1
- Milk 1 big glass
- Cocoa powder 5 tablespoons
- Orange 1 (the zest and the juice)
Instructions
In a bowl heat the butter,add the sugar and beat with an electric mixer thoroughly.Add the eggs,the vanilla powder,the milk(lukewarm),the orange zest and juice and continue beating.Then add the flour and beat until the mixture combines.Divide the mixture into two parts and add to one part the cocoa powder,beat well.Butter a cake tin ,pour the vanilla mixture into it and then spoon alternate dollops of the cocoa mixture on the whole surface of the cake tin.Bake for 45 minutes approximately at 170 degrees.
