- Cucumbers 2 items
- Tuna in water 200 gr
- Rocket 150 gr
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt - pepper
- Plastic wrap depending on the pieces
Instructions
Wash the cucumbers well,peel the cucumber skin in alternate strips and using a teaspoon scoop out the seeded part in the center and season with salt.Drain the tuna and put it in a bowl,add the olive oil,salt,pepper and mix.Then stuff the cucumbers and spread on top of the filling the rocket leaves,wrap them with the plastic wrap.Refrigerated for 3 hours.Then cut the cucumbers into 2 cm slices,spread on a platter some rocket leaves and place the cucumber slices on top.( If you want you can place on the platter some small tomatoes cut into four pieces )
