Ingredients
- Tortellini 1 package
- Cherry tomatoes 6
- Mozzarella grated or any other cheese optionally
For the sauce
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- White mushrooms 350 gr cut in half
- Salt-pepper
- Garlic 1 clove pureed
- Vegetable stock cube 1
- Water 1 glass
- Corn flour 1 teaspoon
- Curry tip of a teaspoon
- White wine 1 shot
Instructions
Put the olive oil in a frying pan and saute the mushrooms until brown.Add the garlic,season with salt and pepper,add the curry and stir at low heat.Pour the wine and stir until evaporated.In a small pot dissolve the vegetable stock cube into half glass of water ,then add the corn flour and stir until dissolved.Pour this mixture into the frying pan with the mushrooms,shake the frying pan in order to mix the ingredients,add the remaining water and stir until the sauce thickens.Boil the tortellini according to the instructions on the package.After boiling,strain them,and put them back into the pan,then add the mushroom sauce.Stir until the tortellini and the mushroom sauce combine and serve.Cut the cherry tomatoes into four pieces and top each dish.Sprinkle with grated mozzarella or any other cheese(optional).
