Ingredients
- Chicken breast 1/2 breast
- Milk 1 liter
- All purpose flour 1 glass
- Butter 125 gr
- Sugar 1 1/2 glass
- Vanilla powder 2
- Chicken broth 1/2 glass
Instructions
Wash and boil the chicken well.Cut it into pieces with your hands,put it in a blender and mash it with the chicken broth.Dissolve the flour with some milk and add it to a pan,add the remaining milk,the sugar,the butter,the vanilla powder and the mashed chicken.Stir until the cream is thickened.Butter a roasting pan and pour the mixture.Refrigerate it until it cools.Cut it into rectangular pieces,using a spatula roll the rectangles into logs.Sprinkle with cinnamon.Optionally serve with Kaimaki ice cream.
