Ingredients
- Tangerines 5 items zest and juice
- Eggs 3 items
- Sugar 120 gr
- Milk 2 1/2 glasses
- All-purpose flour 3 tablespoons
Instructions
Wash and grate the tangerines and keep the zest,squeeze them and keep the juice.In a pan boil slightly for 5 minutes the milk with the tangerine zest.In a bowl beat with an electric mixer the eggs and the sugar until fluffy,add the flour gradually and beat until it dissolves.Add this mixture gradually to the boiled milk.Boil the mixture at medium heat until thickened and remove it from the heat immediately.Add the tangerine juice stirring thoroughly and quickly.Pour the mixture into small bowls and serve.
