Brush the seafood under running water. In a large pan, boil the water and then add the seafood.Steam them for about 2-3 minutes stirring with a wooden spoon.Remove the seafood with a skimmer to a colander and discard any unopened shell, strain the water and keep it. Once seafood is slightly cool remove the crumb with a knife and keep as many clams with shell as we want to decorate the dishes. Peel the onion and garlic and then crush them in a food blender. Heat the olive oil in a swallow pan,add the onion, the garlic, pepper, paprika and saute well. Add the seafood, stir everything together very well then add the white wine and stir until evaporated.Add the strained water in which we steamed the seafood and boil for about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and add the coarsely tomatoes (or the cherry tomatoes),the pepper and the parsley at the end.Remove the pan, shaking in order to be mixed. Meantime we have already boiled the Tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package. After they are boiled drain and put them back in the empty pan with a tablespoon of olive oil or margarine, add the seafood stirring and it is ready to be served.
