Spinach lasagna


  • Lasagna 1 package
  • Spinach 1 kg
  • Onion 1 big finely chopped
  • Tomatoes 3 big grated
  • Dill 1/2 small cup
  • Olive oil
  • Regato 100 gr grated
  • Yellow cheese (kasseri cheese) 100 gr grated
  • Salt - pepper


Clean and wash the spinach thoroughly,then drain it.In a nonstick frying pan saute in a little olive oil the onion and then add and saute the spinach.Add the grated tomatoes and the dill,season with salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.Grease the bottom of a roasting pan and line a layer of lasagna.Then place on top the spinach and sprinkle with some of the grated yellow cheese.Then line another layer of lasagna and cover with spinach and grated yellow cheese again.Line on top the last layer of lasagna.Add a little water and sprinkle with the grated regato cheese.Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.Remove the foil and bake for 15 more minutes until brown.
