Ingredients
- Avocado 3 ripe
- Shrimps 750 gr slightly boiled in vinegar
- Salt - pepper
For the cocktail sauce
- Mayonnaise 1 1/2 glass
- Tabasco 1 teaspoon
- WORCESTERSHIRE 1 teaspoon
- Cognac 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Wash and cut the avocados in half lengthwise,carefully remove the pits and with a spoon scoop out the avocado flesh.Add it in a bowl,add the boiled shrimps cut into pieces ( keep 6 shrimps to garnish ) .Prepare the sauce and add it to the shrimps,season with salt and pepper ( keep some of the sauce ).Mix all the ingredients and stuff the avocados ( 6 items ) .Then using a piping bag garnish on top with some of the sauce,1 shrimp and 2 small leaves of parsley.
