Ingredients
- Shrimp 1 kg peeled and heads on
- Crushed tomatoes 1 can
- Olive oil 5 tablespoons
- Butter 50 gr
- Wine 1/2 glass
- Tabasco 1 teaspoon
- WORCESTERSHIRE 1 teaspoon
- Feta cheese 300 gr
- Salt - pepper
- Water 1 small cup
Instructions
Boil the crushed tomatoes with the water for a while,add the olive oil,the butter,salt and pepper.Add the shrimps,the Tabasco and the Worcestershire sauce.Bring to a boil,add the wine and stir until evaporated.Simmer for 5 minutes.Pour it in a Pyrex ,line some feta cheese slices on top and bake on the grill until it browns.
