Rustic pizza


For the dough
  • All-purpose flour 600-800 gr
  • Dry yeast 1 sachet
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil 1/2 small cup
  • Water as much as needed
For the filling
  • Tomatoes 2 medium sized cut into round slices
  • Feta cheese 300 gr crumbled
  • Olives 50 - 100 gr cut into round slices
  • Green pepper 1 big
  • Oregano
  • White mushrooms 10-15 items cut into pieces
  • Onions 2 items cut into round slices
  • Ketchup


In a bowl add the flour,add the yeast with the remaining ingredients and knead adding the water gradually until the dough becomes firm.Let the dough rest for 15 minutes and roll it out with a rolling pin.Line a roasting pan with some parchment paper and place the dough.Spread the whole surface of the dough with some ketchup and top with the remaining ingredients, it does not matter which order you add the ingredients.Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees until brown (20 – 30 minutes approximately depending on the oven).
