Rosemary roasted potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 1 kg
  • Garlic 2 cloves smashed
  • Rosemary 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil 1 cup
  • Lemon 1 ( its juice )
  • Salt - pepper
  • Water 3 glasses

Instructions

Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.Spread them in a roasting pan,season with salt and pepper,add the garlic,the rosemary,the lemon juice and the olive oil.Toss well and add the water.Roast in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour approximately.
