Ingredients
- Pleurotus mashrooms 500 gr (or as many as you want)
- Eggs 2 beaten
- Bread crumbs grated
- Salt
- Corn oil for frying
Instructions
In a bowl beat the eggs and add the salt.Put the bread crumbs in another bowl.Dip the mushrooms into the beaten eggs first and then into the bread crumbs and coat them evenly.Heat the corn oil and fry the mushrooms on both sides until brown.Serve with meat dishes or as appetizer to accompany wine,beer or ouzo.
