Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 1/2 kg
- Fresh yeast 1 cube (35 gr)
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil 1 small cup
Instructions
In a bowl put the flour.Dissolve the fresh yeast into water and add it to the flour with the remaining ingredients.Knead adding water gradually until the dough becomes firm.Let the dough rest for 15 minutes and roll it out using a rolling pin.Grease a roasting pan and place the dough.Add on top the ingredients you want.Bake at 180 degrees until the ingredients chosen have been baked.
