Ingredients
- Mushrooms 500 gr ( different kinds of mushrooms )
- Onion 1
- Gralic 2 cloves
- White wine 1 glass
- Parsley 1/2 small bunch finely chopped
- Olive oil 1/2 cup
- Salt - pepper
Instructions
Cut the mushrooms in any size you want.Heat the olive oil and saute the onion,the garlic and the mushrooms.Pour the white wine and stir until evaporated,season with salt and pepper and let the mushrooms absorb their liquids.Serve with finely chopped parsley.
