- Mushrooms pleurotus 1 kg
- White mushrooms 1 kg
- Onions 2 diced
- Garlic 2 cloves finely chopped
- Yellow cheese(spicy) 100 gr grated
- Gouda cheese 100 gr grated
- Gruyere 100 gr grated
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons
For the crust
- All-purpose flour 250 gr
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter 15 gr at room temperature
- Water warm as much as needed
In a big bowl put all the ingredients for the crust and add as much water as needed until the crust becomes elastic.Refrigerate it for 1/2 hour.Using a rolling pin roll out the dough and line it into a tart mold,pierce it with a fork,cover with parchment paper,place onto it pulses and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes(depending on the oven).
For the filling : Sweep slightly the round mushrooms and cut them into slices.Cut the pleurotus mushrooms into pieces(first remove the bottom of the mushrooms).In a deep frying pan heat the olive oil and saute the finely chopped onion and the garlic,then add the mushrooms and saute all the ingredients.Remove from heat and add half of the grated cheese,stir and let them cool.
Remove the parchment paper from the tart,pour the filling into the crust,spread it on the base and the sides evenly and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.Bake for 35-40 minutes until the cheese melts and browns(depending on the oven).
