Mushroom soup


  • Mushrooms 8 white and round
  • Onions 2
  • Butter 125 gr
  • All-purpose flour 2 full tablespoons
  • Beef stock cube 1
  • Milk 1/2 glass
  • Water 4 glasses
  • Heavy cream 160 gr
  • Salt - pepper


Chop the onions and the mushrooms finely and saute them in a frying pan.In another frying pan melt the butter at low heat,add the flour stirring until golden (stir quickly at low heat to prevent lumping).Then add the milk,the water and the beef stock cube.Add the sauteed mushrooms and onions.Bring to a boil and add the heavy cream,season with salt and pepper.Simmer for a while until the ingredients combine and it is ready to be served!
