- Filo pastry 1 package
- Roasted red peppers 2 items
- Red,orange,green peppers 3-4 items
- Feta cheese 500 gr
- Frankfurters 1 package
- Milk 1 glass
- Corn oil 1 glass
- Eggs 5 items
- Salt - pepper
Instructions
Dice the peppers,the sausages and the feta cheese,mix all the ingredients together.In a bowl beat the milk,the corn oil,the eggs,add salt and pepper.Butter and flour a big cake mold.Roll out the filo pastry sheets,line as many sheets as needed folded in pleats to cover the sides of the mold.Pour some of the peppers mixture,then line again sheets folded in pleats to cover the sides,add some of the mixture again and follow the same procedure until half of the sheets are used.Pierce it in several places and spoon some of the milk mixture.Then follow the procedure with the folded sheets and the peppers mixture until all the sheets are used.Top with a filo sheet,pierce it in several places and pour the remaining milk mixture.First bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees depending on the oven,then turn down the heat to 180 degrees and bake for 60 minutes approximately.Remove it from the oven,turn it upside down to remove it from the mold,let it cool well and it is ready to enjoy.
