Ingredients
- Self-rising flour 2 1/2 cups
- Sugar 1 cup
- Margarine 230 gr
- Vanilla powder 1 items
- Lemon 1/2 juice and zest
Instructions
Sift the flour. In a bowl beat with an electric mixer the butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla powder,the lemon juice and its zest and continue beating. Gradually add the flour and beat until the dough becomes tender. Then cover it with transparent film and refrigerate it for 15 minutes. Shape the dough into round small balls and make them flat pressing them with your palm.Line parchment paper in a roasting pan and place the cookies. Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes depending on the oven.
