- Kiwis 1 kg (ripe)
- Sugar 900 gr
- Lemon 1/2 juice
Instructions
Peel and mash the kiwis in a blender.Pour the mashed kiwis in a pan and add the sugar.Bring to a boil at medium heat,using a ladle remove from heat-skim off foam.Continue boiling,stirring constantly using a wooden spoon so as not to stick the mixture in the pan.Boil until thickened,remove from the heat and add the lemon juice.Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars,seal with lids and place them upside down,let the the jam cool.
