- Kataifi 250 gr grated and frozen
- Butter 200 gr melted
- Sugar 120 gr
- Cinnamon 3 tablespoons
Loosen the kataifi threads apart with your hands in a bowl.Add the sugar,the cinnamon and the melted butter.After stirring well the ingredients ,start kneading well the mixture.Divide the the dough into small rolls,approximately 30 gr each(it makes about 16 small rolls).Knead and press them with your palm on parchment paper so that become a little wider and with a round spring form pan(about 8 cm),press the dough into the spring form pan,shaping it.Try all the disks to have the same thickness in order to be baked evenly.Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees(depending on the oven) for about 20-25 minutes,until browned.When removing from the oven they are soft but within 2-3 minutes they will begin to tighten.
