Ingredients
- Phyllo pastry 1 package
- Pastourma 15 slices
- Kasseri cheese 15 slices
- Tomatoes 3 cut into 15 slices
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
Cut the phyllo pastry sheets in half lengthwise.Place on the middle-part of a phyllo sheet 1 piece of pastourma,top with 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of the kasseri cheese.Fold over the sides and roll it up.Wet the end of each pastry roll with water to seal.Prepare the remaining rolls following the same procedure and fry them.Place them on parchment paper and serve them hot. ( Place the tomato slice always in the middle )
