- All-purpose flour 2 kg
- Fresh yeast 60 gr
- Water 3 to 5 cups lukewarm (as much as needed)
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
In a bowl sift the flour,melt the yeast in 1 cup of lukewarm water and add it to the flour,with the olive oil and the salt.Add 2 more cups of lukewarm water and knead for 15 minutes approximately using your fists.Dip your fingers in a bowl with lukewarm water to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands.Knead until the dough is fluffy(if necessary add some more water or flour).Grease a roasting pan and place the dough in it.Leave the roasting pan in warm place and cover it with a towel,leave it for 60 minutes approximately until the dough doubles.When the dough rises bake at 200 degrees for 60 minutes.When it is baked,remove it from the oven and turn it upside down on a towel,cover it and wait until the bread does not stick to the roasting pan to remove it.Enjoy it warm or cool…it is always delicious.
