Ground beef lasagna

Ingredients

  • Lasagna 12
  • Grated cheese 1 cup ( different kinds of cheese )
For the bechamel sauce
  • Butter 50 gr
  • All-purpose flour 50 gr
  • Milk 3 cups
  • Salt - pepper
  • Nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon
For the filling
  • Ground beef 600 gr
  • Onion 1 big grated
  • Parsley 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 4 crushed
  • White wine 1 glass
  • Olive oil
  • Salt - pepper

Instructions

In some olive oil saute the onion and the ground beef stirring constantly at high heat.Add the wine and stir until evaporated.Add the tomato and the parsley,season with salt and pepper and simmer for 1 hour at low heat.Meanwhile prepare the bechamel sauce.In a saucepan melt the butter at low heat and add the flour stirring constantly with a wooden ladle until the mixture becomes smooth.Add the milk gradually and remove the sauce from the heat when it becomes slightly thick.Butter a roasting pan,layer some of the lasagna,spread on top some of the filling and then top with the bechamel sauce.Repeat layers,top with the bechamel sauce and then sprinkle with the grated cheese.Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes until the lasagna is tender and the bechamel sauce browns.
