- Yogurt 500 gr
- Garlic 2 cloves grated
- Dill 1 tablespoon finely chopped
- Salt 1 teaspoon ( but taste if more salt is needed )
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Cucumber 1/2 ( grated and squeezed to remove its liquids )
In a bowl add the yogurt and the remaining ingredients,mix well and refrigerate it.Serve it cold,place a small bunch of dill or a small olive in the middle.
