Ingredients
- Chickpeas 1 glass
- Potatoes 3 peeled and finely chopped
- Onions 2 medium sized finely chopped
- Spring onions 2 finely chopped
- Sunflower oil for frying
- Parsley 1 cup finely chopped
- Salt - pepper
- Anise a little
- All-purpose flour for frying
Instructions
Soak the chickpeas overnight.In the morning wash and boil them until slightly tender,drain them with a skimmer and then put them in a blender.Add all the ingredients except the flour(if the mixture is sticky add some flour),shape into walnut sized balls,flour and fry them until brown.Place them on a platter lined with absorbing kitchen paper and serve them.
