Ingredients
- Petit beurre 300 gr
- Butter 200 gr
- Caster sugar 100 gr
- Cocoa powder 100 gr
- Hazelnut praline 3 tablespoons
- Milk 100 ml
- Banana liqueur 3 tablespoons
- Bananas 3 items cubed
Instructions
In a pan melt the butter ( heat until melted but not hot ),remove it from the heat and add the caster sugar ( keep some of the caster sugar for sprinkle ),stir until caster sugar is dissolved,add the cocoa powder,the milk,the praline,the liqueur,stirring well and then add the crushed biscuits.Mix all the ingredients together and add the banana pieces.Pour the mixture on some plastic wrap,spread it evenly and roll it up.Refrigerate for 60 minutes,remove the transparent film,sprinkle with the caster sugar kept,cut it into slices and enjoy.
