Ingredients
- Puff pastry 1 sheet cut into 6 square pieces
- Eggs 6 items
- Bacon 6 slices finely chopped
- Regato cheese 150 gr grated
- Salt - pepper
- Parchment paper
Instructions
Defrost the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 6 square pieces.Line them in a roasting pan lined with parchment paper and place on top of each piece some grated cheese,an egg and top with the finely chopped bacon.Slightly fold the edges of each square,season with salt and pepper and bake in preheated oven until the egg is baked and the puff pastry browns.Serve them warm and enjoy.
