Ingredients
- Cuttlefish 1 kg
- Spinach 1/2 kg
- Spring onions 1 small bunch finely chopped
- Dill 1/2 small bunch
- Tomatoes 4 finely chopped
- Olive oil
- Salt - pepper
- Water 2 glasses
Instructions
Clean the cuttlefish thoroughly, pull out insides and rinse the ink thoroughly.In a pan add 1 big cup of olive oil,cut the cuttlefish into pieces and saute them.Add the onions,the dill,season with salt and pepper,add the tomatoes and 2 glasses of water,simmer for 45 minutes.Wash the spinach,cut it into big pieces and when the cuttlefish are boiled and their liquids have been absorbed add the spinach and let it simmer for 15 minutes approximately.
