- Leeks 1 1/2 kg
- Yellow cheese 200 gr
- Heavy cream 200 gr
- Parmesan 4 tablespoons
- Vegetable butter 100 gr
- Salt - pepper
Instructions
Clean and cut the leeks into pieces.Wash them and let them strain.In a frying pan add 70 gr of butter and saute the leeks,turn the heat down to low and remove the frying pan from the heat,sprinkle the leeks with salt and pepper and add the heavy cream,the diced cheese and mix gently.Butter a roasting pan and add the leeks,sprinkle with the grated Parmesan and add the remaining butter cut into pieces.Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
