- Self-rising flour 2 1/2 cups sifted
- Sugar 1 cup
- Margarine 230 gr
- Orange 1 big (juice and zest)
- Dark chocolate drops 1/2 cup
Sift the flour.In a bowl beat with an electric mixer the butter with the sugar until fluffy.Add the orange juice and the zest and the flour gradually,continue beating. It becomes a tender batter.Add the dark chocolate drops to the mixture and mix gently to spread.Refrigerate the batter for 15 minutes.Line parchment paper in a roasting pan and shape the batter with your hands into small round balls.Press the balls with your palm to become thin and flat. Place them in the lined with parchment paper roasting pan and bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes depending on the oven.
