- Filo pastry 1 package
- Chestnuts boiled,depending on how many rolls you want to prepare
- Hazelnut praline depending on how many rolls you want to prepare
- Egg 1 yolk
- Sunflower oil 1 teaspoon
Boil the chestnuts until tender, peel and crush them with your hands. Cut the filo pastry in half. On each filo pastry sheet spread hazelnut praline and put on top the crushed chestnuts. Fold in the edges and then roll up. Follow the same procedure until all the ingredients are used or until you have prepared as many rolls as you want. Wet the end of each pastry roll with water to seal. Mix the egg yolk with the sunflower oil and brush the rolls. Place them in a roasting pan lined with parchment paper and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes approximately until they brown (depending on the oven). Let them cool for a while and enjoy.
