Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
- Vegetable butter 1 package
- Sugar 2 1/2 cups
- Cocoa powder 125 gr
- Eggs 5
- Water 1 cup
- Vanilla powder 2
- Baking powder a pinch
Instructions
In a pan add the butter,the cocoa powder,the sugar,the water and the vanilla powder,stir constantly at low heat until they melt and the mixture combines.Keep a big cup of the mixture aside.Add to the remaining mixture the flour,the eggs,the baking powder and beat with an electric mixer.Flour and butter a roasting pan or a cake tin and pour the mixture in it.Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.When it is baked,remove it from the oven,score and cut it into diamond shapes.Pour it over with the chocolate sauce and it is ready to be served.
