Ingredients
For the dough
- All-purpose flour 1/2 kg
- Fresh yeast 1 cube (35 gr)
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil 1 small cup
- Water as much as needed
For the coating
- Hazelnut praline 1 package
- Chocolate sprinkles
- Bananas 2-3 cut into round slices
Instructions
In a bowl put the flour.Dissolve the yeast into a a little water and add it to the flour with the the remaining ingredients for the dough.Knead adding the water gradually until the dough thickens.Let the dough rest for 15 minutes and roll it out using a rolling pin.Grease with olive oil a roasting pan and spread the dough.Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees until the dough is baked(depending on the oven) and remove from the oven.Spread the pizza with the praline and garnish on top with the sprinkles.Put the pizza in the oven again for 3 more minutes approximately until the chocolate melts(be careful not to be burnt) and then after removing from the oven line the banana slices on top.
