- Potatoes 5 big
- Cheddar cheese 300 gr grated
- Frankfurt sausages 5 finely chopped
- Bacon 10 slices finely chopped
- Salt - pepper
- Mustard 3 teaspoons
Wash the potatoes thoroughly,wrap them with tinfoil,place them into a small roasting tin and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.Remove from the oven and let them cool.Chop the sausages and the bacon finely.Cut the cool potatoes in half lengthwise and spoon out some of the pith carefully.Put the pith you spooned out in a bowl and mix with the sausages and the bacon.Add salt,pepper and the mustard.Add half of the cheddar cheese.Stuff the potatoes and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese kept.Put them again in the oven and bake at 180 degrees until the cheese melts for 15-20 minutes approximately.
