Ingredients
- Fresh butter 200 gr at room temperature
- Garlic 4 - 6 cloves
- Heavy cream 2 tablespoons
- Salt - pepper
- Worcestershire sauce 4- 6 drops
Instructions
Peel the garlic cloves,boil them into some salted water for 2 minutes and let them cool.Cut the butter into small pieces and put it in a blender,add the garlic,the heavy cream,the sauce,season with salt and pepper and blend until the mixture combines (optionally add some dill).Refrigerate for 30 minutes.Shape the cream into small balls, keep them refrigerated and they are the perfect appetizer.
