Broccoli soufflé


  • Broccoli 2 medium sized
  • Heavy cream 500 ml
  • Gruyere cheese 100 gr grated
  • Regato cheese 150 gr grated
  • Salt-pepper


Wash thoroughly the broccoli and boil the broccoli florets only for  in a pan with water only for 10-15 minutes so as to be crunchy.Drain and place them in a roasting pan.Season with salt and pepper and add the grated cheese.Finally pour them over with the heavy cream.Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown and the heavy cream is absorbed.Remove from the oven,let it cool slightly and enjoy it.
