- Penne 1 package
- Broccoli 2 cups (only the florets)
- Blue cheese 200 gr cut into bites
- Salt - pepper
- Olive oil
- Garlic 2 cloves
Boil the penne according to the instructions on the package.Wash the broccoli,remove the stem and keep only the florets.Boil the florets in pan with water until tender slightly and then strain.Drain the boiled pasta,add the garlic cloves in the pan,add a little olive oil and saute.Season with salt and pepper and add the blue cheese cut into bites.Then add the broccoli and stir gently.
