- Tagliatelle 1 package
- Garlic 2 σκελίδες
- Pine nuts 3 tablespoons roasted
- Rocket 2 small bunches
- Olive oil 100 ml
- Parmesan 100 gr grated
- Salt - pepper
Boil and strain the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.Roast the pine nuts in a nonstick frying pan.Wash the rocket,add it to a food processor,add the olive oil,the pine nuts,the garlic,the Parmesan,season with salt and pepper and blend the ingredients until smooth.Pour the mixture in a pan,add the tagliatelle,mix and it is ready to be served.
* Optionally instead of rocket you can use basil.
