• Beef 6 fillets ( beef shoulder )
  • Parsley 1 small bunch finely chopped
  • Garlic 1 ( peeled and cur into round slices )
  • Vinegar 1 glass
  • Salt - pepper
  • Olive oil 1 glass
  • All-purpose flour for dredging the fillets
  • Water as much as necessary to cover the meat


In a pan add the olive oil,season with salt and pepper the meat fillets and flour them one by one.Saute on both sides in the pan with the olive oil,until they brown and then remove the fillets from the pan.Add the garlic to the remaining olive oil in the pan and saute until it browns.Add the finely chopped parsley and saute until it wilts.Add the vinegar and stir until evaporated,let it simmer for 5 minutes.Add 3 glasses of water and let it simmer for 5 more minutes.Now add the fillets,adding some more water if necessary,the fillets should be covered with water.Simmer for 45 minutes approximately until tender.Serve with french fries or rice.
