Praline – banana Greek peynirli


  • All-purpose flour 500 gr
  • Dry yeast 1 sachet
  • Milk 300 ml
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 level teaspoon
  • Egg 1 only the yolk beaten
  • Bananas 1 - 2 items cut into round slices
  • Chocolate praline


In a bowl dissolve the yeast and the sugar in the warm milk and add the flour.Knead the mixture.The dough should be soft and elastic and it should not stick to the hands.Let the dough rise for 1 hour.Divide the dough into 10 – 12 small balls and roll each ball out flat and give them an oval shape like a boat,make a well in the middle to fill with the chocolate.Pierce it in the middle to prevent the dough from rising and brush them with the beaten yolk.Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes (depending on the oven).Remove from the oven and cover them with a create a towel and let them cool well.When they are cool fill each peynirli with the praline and place on top a banana round slice.
