Olive paste rolled up in puff pastry


  • Puff pastry 1 pastry sheet
  • Egg 1 only the yolk
  • Olive paste 1 small jar
  • Oregani to sprinkle


Defrost the puff pastry and then with a rolling pin roll the pastry in order to become thinner.Spread the pastry with the olive paste using a slice ,just to be covered.Cut the pastry sheet into two pieces,roll up the pieces,spread with the egg yolk diluted with a little olive oil,sprinkle with oregano.Cut and put them in a baking ban onto parchment paper.Bake in preheated over in air at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until the pastries are golden brown and they are ready to enjoy them.
