Milk chocolate truffles


  • Dark chocolate 250 gr
  • Vegetable butter 250 gr
  • Sweetened condensed milk 390 gr ( 1 big can )
  • Cognac 1 shot
  • Vanilla powder 1 item
  • Desiccated coconut 500 gr approximately or almond kernel
  • Chocolate sprinkles 250 gr milk chocolate
  • Instant coffee teaspoon or espresso


Melt the butter with the dark chocolate in bain marie and then add the sweetened condensed milk,the cognac and the vanilla powder.Stir until thickened,remove it from the heat and add the instant coffee or the espresso.Stir well and quickly to prevent from forming a crust,add the coconut or the almond kernel and mix.Let the mixture cool and refrigerate it( or for 12 hours at least ).The next day shape the truffles and roll them in the chocolate sprinkles.Place them in paper candy cups and serve them.Keep them refrigerated.
