- Fava bean 300 gr
- Cornflour 5-6 tablespoons(or semolina)
- Spring onions 2 - 3 items finely chopped
- Garlic 2 cloves mashed
- Peppermint 1 teaspoon finely chopped
- Cumin 1 teaspoon
- Salt - pepper
Peel and wash the fava beans and boil it in a pan with plenty of water for 40 minutes approximately until tender.When the fava beans is boiled,drain it.Put it in a bowl with the cornflour(or the semolina,the finely chopped spring onions,the cumin,the peppermint,the garlic,season with salt and pepper and knead all the ingredients.Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes until thickened.Then shape into small balls.Line parchment paper in a roasting pan,place the balls into the roasting pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes approximately(depending on the oven) until brown.
