Ingredients
- Vegetable butter 1/2 tup
- Sugar 3 glasses
- Milk 500 ml
- Cocoa powder 3 tablespoons
- Cognac 1 shot
- Walnuts 4 glasses kernels ( or almonds )
- Chocolate sprinkles 1/2 cup ( if necessary a little more )
Instructions
Grind the walnut kernels ( or the almonds ) in a food processor.In a big bowl add all the ingredients except the chocolate sprinkles and knead until the mixture combines.Then shape the mixture into small balls,put the chocolate sprinkles on a dish or a plate and roll the small balls until they are completely covered in chocolate sprinkles.When all small balls are ready refrigerate them for a while ( 2 hours ) until thickened and they are ready to serve them.
