- Banana 1 big
- Butter 125 gr melted
- Cocoa powder 50 gr
- Petit beurre biscuits 1/2 package crumbled
- Caster sugar 100 gr
- Banana liqueur 1/2 small cup
In a blender crumble the biscuits.In a saucepan melt the butter and add the caster sugar.Stir until it dissolves at low heat and add the cocoa powder.Remove from the heat and stir until the cocoa powder dissolves.Add the liqueur,the crumbled biscuits and mix.Refrigerate the mixture until thickened.Line a piece of transparent film on the kitchen counter and spread on it half of the mixture.Place in the middle the banana and top with the remaining mixture.Roll it up and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours until thickened.When the mixture is thickened cut it into round slices and enjoy it.
