Chicken stuffed red peppers (Florina peppers)


  • Red peppers (Florina peppers) 7 items
  • Chicken breast 100 gr boiled
  • Parmesan 100 gr grated
  • Carrot 1 small grated
  • Cream cheese 50 gr
  • Dill 1 teaspoon finely chopped
  • Paprika a little
  • Spring onion a little,finely chopped
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - pepper
  • Water for boiling


Remove the seeds from the peppers,wash and dry them thoroughly.In a pan with water boil the chicken until tender.Cut the boiled chicken into pieces and put it in a bowl.Add all the ingredients(except peppers),stir thoroughly and refrigerate the mixture for 60 minutes.Then stuff the peppers,pressing the mixture down so it’s tightly packed into each pepper and refrigerate for 2 hours.Cut into round slices and serve.
