Ingredients
- Red peppers (Florina peppers) 7 items
- Chicken breast 100 gr boiled
- Parmesan 100 gr grated
- Carrot 1 small grated
- Cream cheese 50 gr
- Dill 1 teaspoon finely chopped
- Paprika a little
- Spring onion a little,finely chopped
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Salt - pepper
- Water for boiling
Instructions
Remove the seeds from the peppers,wash and dry them thoroughly.In a pan with water boil the chicken until tender.Cut the boiled chicken into pieces and put it in a bowl.Add all the ingredients(except peppers),stir thoroughly and refrigerate the mixture for 60 minutes.Then stuff the peppers,pressing the mixture down so it’s tightly packed into each pepper and refrigerate for 2 hours.Cut into round slices and serve.
