Ingredients
- Chicken breast 1 big
- Mushrooms 1 tin
- Onion 1 finely chopped
- Heavy cream 450 gr
- Gouda cheese 250 gr
- Salt - pepper
- Ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
Wash the chicken and cut it into small bites.Chop the onion finely and saute it in a nonstick frying pan with some olive,the chicken and the strained mushrooms.When they are cooked and browned season with salt,pepper and nutmeg.Turn the heat down to medium-low and add the heavy cream.Bring to a boil,remove it from the heat and add the grated cheese.Stir until the cheese melts and serve it 10 minutes later to absorb its liquid.
