Ingredients
- White chocolate 200 gr
- Vegetable butter 1 tup
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Eggs 3
- Lemon 1 item,the zest and 2 tablespoons of the juic
- Self-rising flour 2 1/2 cups
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Caster sugar for sprinkle
Instructions
Melt the chocolate in bain marie.In a bowl beat the butter,the sugar and the eggs.Add the lemon juice and zest,the melted white chocolate and stir until the mixture combines.Butter a small roasting pan or a cake tin and pour the batter.Bake for 30-40 minutes approximately,it is ready when an inserted knife comes out clean.Let the cake cool,sprinkle with caster sugar or garnish with melted white chocolate.
